I was born on April 20, 1987. I started Kyokushin Karate in 1994 on the recommendation of my brother in Hungary. I was always one of the smallest and thinnest karatekas, but I became an active competitor very early—weighing only 27 kg in my first competition.

My first major results came at the age of 16. Based on my performance, I became a member of the national team and participated in several European Championships. In 2005, at the age of 18, I became the European Champion in Denmark. Shortly after, I opened my first dojo in a small village nearby.

After working in Austria from 2009 to 2014, I moved to Switzerland with my brother. In the summer of 2018, we began teaching Kyokushin Karate together, and in November 2018, we officially opened our dojo, Kyo Wädi.

At the end of 2021, I was honored with the responsibility of establishing the Swiss national team and becoming its head coach to represent Switzerland successfully at international competitions.

I began Kyokushin Karate in 1993 at the age of eleven. During my karate training, I studied in several dojos under multiple masters. Early on, I also began teaching training sessions myself.

In 1999 and 2000, I was nominated as a member of the national team to participate in the European Championships. In 2000, I was honored by my hometown with the title “Sportsman of the Year.”

Since then, I have competed in various regional and national competitions and consistently achieved podium finishes. In addition to Kyokushin, I am proficient in other martial arts and combat sports, including Taekwondo, Goju Ryu, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and various other self-defense systems.

I started with Kyokushin Karate at the age of ten in a small dojo in Hungary. Very soon karate became part of my life, I learned discipline and respect. In the first years, I focused on the basics (kihon) so that later I could build on a strong foundation. After a few years, I started competing and I won both national and international tournaments.

Kyokushin Karate has given me strength, confidence and the ability to take on all of life's challenges. My goal is to pass on this knowledge to the younger generation so that they can benefit from what I have learned and lead a healthy life, gain a strong physique and a "never give up" attitude.

I work in the pharmaceutical industry as a manager in Zurich and tirelessly master Kyokushin Karate in my spare time.
