Trainings

Special, non-sport-specific, age-appropriate training for young children from 3 years old
In this course, children have the opportunity to develop their dexterity, balance, and coordination through special, playful, and engaging exercises. This gives them a foundation in their nervous system and body, which will make practicing other sports significantly easier in the future. We are also happy to provide advice on choosing a sport.

Strength
This course includes strength and coordination exercises. Strength training with kettlebells and your own body weight.

Kihon & Kata
Kihon is all about basic techniques. Once you have a solid technical foundation, you can build on it. We also practice sparring (Kumite) against imaginary opponents through predefined movements to master the techniques and prepare for real-life scenarios.

Kumite (Sparring)
In this class, we practice fighting techniques while sparring with each other. Karatekas wear protective equipment (helmet, gloves, shin guards, lower and upper body protection) to avoid injury.
